Studentfinance, S.L., is an educational technology company incorporated under the laws of Spain and filed with the Companies Registry of Madrid, with Spanish tax number B-88333521 (“​StudentFinance​”). StudentFinance is an alternative to the traditional student loan system helping increase educational opportunities and reducing financial barriers to students. StudentFinance partners with schools, training programs, higher education institutions and their affiliates to offer income-based financing solutions for students through income share agreements (“​ISA Program​”). An ISA is a contractual agreement in which you receive education funding. In exchange, you agree to share a fixed percentage of your post–graduation income over a defined period of time.


These Terms of Use (“​Terms​”) constitute a legal contract between you and StudentFinance and govern all aspects of your use of the ​www.studentfinance.com​. Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the website. By using our website, you indicate that you accept these Terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of use, please refrain from using our site and exit the site immediately.

Subject to these Terms, StudentFinance grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable license to access the website for your personal use.

General Eligibility
The ISA Program offered through our website is available to persons who have reached 18 years of age (exceptionally StudentFinance could accept younger applicants and such cases would require parental consent) and who are enrolled in or accepted to a partner institution. Not all products and services are available to all individuals. The submission of your application does not automatically qualify you for an ISA Program. Your eligibility for an ISA Program is subject to review and final determination by and at the discretion of StudentFinance and the institutions it partners with.

Intellectual Property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our website, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties; all such rights are reserved. You may print off one copy of the website, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may also download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference.
You agree that the website’s material may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified in any form or by any means without the express prior written consent of StudentFinance or licence. User responsibilities

StudentFinance is not liable for any damage related to the theft of access credentials, your disclosure of access credentials, or your decision (in violation of these Terms) to allow another non-authorized person to access the website using your access credentials.

Any user must accept sole responsibility for all the activities that can be made using the website.

StudentFinance will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by these activities.

No warranty

The website, including all content, information, materials, links, and other items, are provided “as is”, “as available,” and without warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the warranties of non-infringement of third-party rights, title, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. StudentFinance does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of the site and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in them. System outages, slowdowns, and capacity limitations

At times you may experience difficulty accessing the website or communicating with StudentFinance through the internet or other electronic wireless services as a result of high Internet traffic, transmission problems, systems capacity limitations, or other problems. Any computer system or other electronic device, whether it is yours, an Internet service provider’s, or StudentFinance’s, can experience unanticipated outages or slowdowns or have capacity limitations.

StudentFinance reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. StudentFinance also reserves the right to modify temporarily or permanently, the website for any reason at its sole discretion, with or without notice to you. Your continued use of this site will mean you accept the new Terms.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The Agreement shall be governed by, and interpreted under the laws of Spain.
Without prejudice to the rights which may be conferred on the Student’s capacity as consumer, any disputes or claims arising over the interpretation or performance of the Agreement, including those relating to any non contractual obligations arising from or related to it, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Madrid.
